1. Eligibility
The Ultimate Team Takeover Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older and are authorized to represent a youth, school, recreational, or competitive basketball team.
Participants must enter on behalf of an organized basketball team. Players under 18 must be represented by an eligible adult, such as a parent, coach, or team manager.
Employees, owners, and immediate family members of Hustle Gear LLC are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law.
2. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on 10/13/2026 and ends on 10/23/2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
Entries received outside the promotional period will not be considered.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
1. Complete the official giveaway entry form.
2. Provide their name, email address, team name, team location, and contact information.
3. Submit their entry before the deadline.
Limit one entry per team. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
No purchase, payment, social media follow, or sharing is required to enter. Participants are encouraged to share the giveaway with their basketball community, but doing so will not improve their chances of winning.
4. Grand Prize
One winning basketball team will receive a **Hustle Gear Elite Basketball Package valued at approximately $2,000, including:
- 10 Custom Home Uniforms:** Jerseys and shorts.
- 10 Custom Away Uniforms:** Jerseys and shorts.
- 10 Custom Practice T-Shirts:** Performance athletic apparel.
- 10 Custom Long-Sleeve Warmup Hoodies:** Performance warmup apparel.
The package includes custom team colors, approved logos, and applicable player personalization.
The prize covers a maximum of 10 players. Additional players, apparel, accessories, or upgraded customization are not included.
The prize is nontransferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be applied as credit toward previous orders.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
One potential winning team will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be contacted by email or phone within five business days following the drawing.
The selected team representative must respond within **72 hours** of notification to claim the prize. If the potential winner cannot be reached, is ineligible, or fails to respond, Hustle Gear may select an alternate winner.
Winner selection is subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these rules.
6. Prize Fulfillment
The winning team will work with Hustle Gear to finalize its custom uniform and apparel designs.
The winner must provide approved artwork, team colors, player names, numbers, and sizes.
Standard production timelines apply once all designs, sizes, and roster details have been approved. Manufacturing and delivery timelines may vary.
Standard shipping to one address within the contiguous United States is included. Any additional delivery charges for Alaska, Hawaii, or other locations will be covered by Hustle Gear unless otherwise disclosed before the giveaway begins.
7. Publicity & Marketing
Hustle Gear may announce the winning team's name and general location through its website, social media accounts, and promotional channels, subject to applicable law and any required consent.
Any use of player photographs, videos, testimonials, or other identifiable content involving minors will require appropriate permission from a parent or legal guardian.
8. General Conditions
Hustle Gear reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to disqualify fraudulent, automated, duplicate, or otherwise invalid entries.
If fraud, technical failures, or circumstances beyond Hustle Gear's reasonable control compromise the promotion, Hustle Gear may modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway as permitted by law.
Hustle Gear is not responsible for incomplete or misdirected entries, technical issues, or incorrect information submitted by participants.
9. Privacy
Information collected during the giveaway will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact the winner, and fulfill the prize.
Participants may separately opt in to receive Hustle Gear marketing communications. Marketing consent is not required to enter or win.
Personal information will be handled according to Hustle Gear's published Privacy Policy.
