I'm in a rush and need uniforms very quickly. What are my fastest options?
Our standard turnaround time for uniforms is 3-4 Weeks. However, we do offer a rush option to receive as fast as 2 weeks. There is a 30% Rush Fee associated with any orders needed faster than our standard turnaround time.
What is your exchange/return/cancellation policy?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer a return for our products due to the fact they are made to order. Please visit the return policy section for more information about our return policy. If your item is damaged or defective, we will supply a replacement 30 days from the purchase date.
Do you have a size chart for uniforms?
Our uniform sizing differs depending on the sport. You can find a size chart for each sport on our website.
What type of uniforms are available through Hustle Gear?
We offer uniforms for most sports, including Baseball, Softball, Basketball, Soccer, Football, Boxing. In the event you don't see a sport you are looking for, message us and we will be happy to help.
How can I customize my uniforms?
If you need a design that is not in our style catalog, we offer an option to submit your design notes for a custom uniform design. If you have a design already done, we can use it as long as it is in vector file format.
Is there a minimum order for uniforms?
No, we have no minimum order. However, price is based on the quantities ordered. Ordering less than 12 pieces will result in a much higher price.

What is the turnaround time on custom uniforms?
Our custom uniforms typically ship 3-4 weeks from the day you place your order.

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders over $99
What if I need to adjust or cancel my order?
You can email us at sales@hustle-gear.com, in the event your order has already been completed.. there may be a charge incurred for changes.

How much money can I raise by launching a Team Shop?
The amount money you can raise depends on how many sales you can drive to your Team Shop. On an average, we see teams and organizations raise ~$1500 annually.

What apparel products can I use in my team shop?
We offer Hoodies, T-Shirts, Performance Shirts, Long Sleeves, Women's Tanks and Beanies.
Do you offer Youth Sizes?
Youth sizes are designated by a "Y" in front of the Size in Size Selector Drop Down. If there is no "Y" in size drop down, then youth size is temporarily unavailable for that item.
How do I receive the fundraising money from my team shop sales?
You will be prompted to setup an affiliate account, which is where you can login to see order history, total sales and transfer your fundraising money via PayPal.
What if I received an item from a team shop that doesn't fit?
Because our apparel is print to order, we only offer replacements on defective and damaged items.

What material are you uniforms made with?
All of our uniforms are made using 100% Polyester. We offer 2 fabric options:
DriFit Mesh (Lightweight, Breathable)
Performance Flex (Thicker, Durable)
Do You Offer Stitched, Embroidery on Uniforms?
Yes! We offer Stitched on numbers, logos and names.
Do you offer Raised, 3D Embroidery on Hats?
Yes! Raised Embroidery is available depending on the detail level of the logo being used.
What style of Hats do you Offer?
We use a durable nylon and spandex blend fabric with breathable pinholes.
We offer both Fitted (Flexfit) and Snapback options.
