I'm in a rush and need uniforms very quickly. What are my fastest options?

Our standard turnaround time for uniforms is 3-4 Weeks. However, we do offer a rush option to receive quicker.

What is your exchange/return/cancellation policy?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer a return for our products due to the fact they are made to order. Please visit the return policy section for more information about our return policy. If your item is damaged or defective, we will supply a replacement 30 days from the purchase date.

Do you have a size chart for uniforms?

Our uniform sizing differs depending on the sport. You can find a size chart for each sport on our website. 

What type of uniforms are available through Hustle Gear?

We offer uniforms for most sports. In the event you don't see a sport you are looking for, message us and we will be happy to help.

How can I customize my uniforms?

Customer have option to submit their own design notes for our designers to use when they designer your uniforms. If you have a design already done, we can use it as long as it is in the correct vector file format.

Is there a minimum order for uniforms?

Uniforms have a 12 piece minimum. Anything less than 12 would be charged as a sample piece.

What is the turnaround time on custom uniforms?

Team Shop orders typically ship 3-4 weeks from the ay you place your order.

What are the shipping costs? 

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders over $99

What if I need to adjust or cancel my order?

You can email us at sales@hustle-gear.com, in the event your order has already been completed.. there may be a charge incurred for changes.

Will you contact me after I place my order?

You will be assigned an account representative who will communicate with you throughout the ordering process.

Canceling an Order

You can only cancel orders that have not been sent to production. There will be a $150 fee for cancelled orders.

How much money can I raise by launching a Team Shop?

The amount money you can raise depends on how many sales you can drive to your Team Shop. On an average, we see teams and organizations raise ~$1500 annually.

We offer Hoodies, T-Shirts, Long Sleeves, Women's Tanks and Beanies.

Youth sizes are designated by a "Y" in front of the Size in Size Selector Drop Down. If there is no "Y" in size drop down, then youth size is temporarily unavailable.

How do I receive the fundraising money from my team shop sales?

You will be prompted to setup a Team Ambassador account, which is where you can login to see order history, total sales and transfer your fundraising money.

What if I received an item from a team shop that doesn't fit?

Unfortunately we only offer replacements on defective and damaged items.
