All products are custom-made upon order. Therefore, items personalized with a team or organization logo, name, or number cannot be returned or exchanged, unless it is verified that there are defects in the materials or decoration of your order.

For Hustle Gear, enjoy hassle-free Returns and Exchanges. If your purchase doesn't fully satisfy you, you have the option to send it back to our warehouse for a complete refund (provided the items are returned in their original condition and packaging) or choose another accessory, which we will ship to you without any additional charge. We believe that a great online shopping experience includes not worrying about return shipping costs. If you're not pleased with your purchase for any reason, simply use our straightforward return process to print a free return label - we've got the shipping fees covered.
You're eligible for a full refund if you request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. For exchanges, please make your request within 30 days of receipt.
All items on Clearance are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom-made products cannot be canceled after 24 hours of placing the order, and custom-printed items are not returnable or exchangeable unless defective.
Free Returns are available only within the United States.
