Role Summary
We’re hiring an operator to help build and scale Hustle Gear. This is not a support role. You will own revenue-generating activities, manage execution, and help turn chaos into systems.

What You’ll Do
1. Sales
    •    Reach out to and build relationships with:
    ◦    Coaches
    ◦    Athletic directors
    ◦    Tournament / organization leaders
    •    Warm leads and close deals
    •    Drive consistent new team orders
2. Order Ownership (Start → Finish)
    •    Manage entire order lifecycle after sale
    •    Coordinate details, timelines, and delivery
    •    Ensure nothing falls through the cracks
3. Systems & Efficiency
    •    Identify repeat tasks and eliminate them
    •    Build simple systems, SOPs, and automations
    •    Improve speed and accuracy over time
4. Customer Relationships
    •    Maintain strong communication with clients
    •    Handle issues proactively
    •    Turn one-time orders into repeat business
5. Community & Growth
    •    Represent Hustle Gear at local events and tournaments
    •    Build relationships in the local sports ecosystem
    •    Support sponsorships and brand presence
6. Expansion
    •    Identify new product or growth opportunities
    •    Contribute to building the brand long-term

Who This Is For
    •    High-agency operator (you don’t wait to be told what to do)
    •    Strong communicator (you over-communicate and follow up)
    •    Fast learner (can pick up systems and execute quickly)
    •    Problem solver (brings solutions, not questions)
    •    Tech-native (comfortable using AI and tools)
    •    Competitive background preferred (sports or similar)
    •    Early in career with high upside and hunger to grow

Who This Is NOT For
    •    Someone who needs constant direction
    •    Someone who avoids ownership
    •    Someone who wants a narrow, defined role

Compensation
    •    Base: ~$36,000
    •    Upside: uncapped performance-based earnings

Expectations
    •    You own your outcomes
    •    You communicate consistently
    •    You improve systems, not just complete tasks
